Booking Policy
PAYMENTS
A non-refundable deposit of $25 secures your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
RESCHEDULING
Feel free to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalties.
TARDINESS
We understand that things happen. If you are running more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled.
GUESTS
To maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are permitted unless they are receiving services.
CANCELLATIONS
Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you
REFUNDS
To honor the quality and time dedicated to your treatment, refunds are not available once the service is completed.
If anything feels less than perfect, please share your concerns before you leave the appointment, and we will make any necessary adjustments with care
